Title Research’s financial asset research service powered by Inheritance Data

Did you know that earlier this year, Title Research launched an online asset search engine that can help you during the estate administration process by locating the deceased’s assets and maximizing the value of the estate?

One of your jobs when administering an estate is to locate all of the deceased’s property, which may include known, unclaimed, or lost property. Gathering accurate information about the deceased’s estate from financial institutions can be time consuming and it can be difficult to know where to start.

That is why Search Title has partnered with Inheritance Data to provide financial asset research for just £ 249 (+ VAT) which:

  • Searches 200 UK financial institutions and over 350 databases.
    • Provides detailed and reliable information about the deceased’s assets
  • Check matches in real time via a 24/7 online portal
  • Reduces your administration time
    • Maximizes the value of the domain
    • Provides peace of mind
  • Reduces the risk of loss for the estate

Title Research has also created some informational resources for you to learn more about the service:

Getting started is easy – click here to create a free account. Once you have registered and confirmed your identity, you can then launch your search (s) directly from your account.

To perform a search, all you need to do is download the relevant data on the deceased (name, previous addresses, date of birth, date of death, national insurance number and previous professions), as well as the death certificate and a letter d ‘authority. The online search engine will then do the heavy lifting and perform a detailed search of 200 financial institutions at a cost of just £ 249 (+ VAT).
