Nordic Halibut AS – Financial statements and results 2021

Nordic Halibut AS today publishes its financial statement and results for 2021
that comply with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). The
financial statement and results for 2021 were approved by the Board of Directors
on 19 May 2022. 

For all periods up to and including the year ended 31 December 2021, the Company
has prepared its financial statements in accordance with generally accepted
accounting principles in Norway (NGAAP). These financial statements of the
Company for the year ended 31 December 2021, will be the first annual financial
statements that comply with IFRS. Subject to certain transition elections and
exceptions, the Company has consistently applied the accounting policies used in
the preparation of its opening IFRS statement of financial position on 1 January
2020 throughout all periods presented, as if these policies had always been in
effect.
