​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​​​​​J3091 – Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to fulfill a dual role of managing a team of inside sales executives (70%) and generating fee income (30%) via end users, suppliers and manufacturers. You may currently work for a broker in a sales capacity and have experience managing a team.

Salary: £85,000 plus excellent bonuses and benefits. Location: UK, South East England / Essex

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell ​​financial products to target markets and secure funding on their behalf through a panel of funders.

  • Target potential end users to discuss their financing needs.

  • Target equipment vendors to discuss direction with finance in their sales proposal.

  • Target equipment manufacturers to discuss the adoption of a financing scheme to offer to their network of resellers.

  • Reach out to all leads generated by marketing activity.

  • Elevate financing documentation and package for payment by the operations team.

  • Manage the supplier onboarding process; application process; tariff negotiation; commercial agreement; White mark.

  • Ensure team processes and controls are followed to enable KPIs to be achieved.

  • Monitor KPIs and put actions in place to meet changing business needs.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:

  • Understanding of asset finance products.

  • Experience in a financial services or inside sales environment.

  • Strong people management skills.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Good sense of organization.

  • Good time management skills.

  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of credit analysis.

  • Basic digital skills and proficiency in financial analysis.

We strongly favor candidates with proven and relevant experience in financial services; particularly in Asset Financing and Leasing.
